When using the dialin method, please wait until the website asks you to "Dial-in" before actually dialing in.
You can follow these instructions
- Select your Campaign from the Home screen
- A box will pop up, asking you to call the dial-in number and also provide your agent id and password. DO NOT CLOSE THE box
- Once your phone is logged in, the Website box will DISAPPEAR
- Use the controls inside the Website to hangup and move onto the next call.
