Starting a Campaign: Dial-in

When using the dialin method, please wait until the website asks you to "Dial-in" before actually dialing in.

You can follow these instructions

  1. Login
  2. Select your Campaign from the Home screen
  3. A box will pop up, asking you to call the dial-in number and also provide your agent id and password. DO NOT CLOSE THE box
  4. Once your phone is logged in, the Website box will DISAPPEAR
  5. Use the controls inside the Website to hangup and move onto the next call.
